  • While it is very sad that you aren’t able to attend, please let us know as soon as you’re able. Please let either of us know by email, so that we do not send you a formal invitation.

  • If you know you’re able to attend, please RSVP as soon as possible. We ask that you please RSVP no later than September 15, 2025.

  • Newfields Art Museum does not allow children under the age of 15 to be unattended in their gallery spaces. To ensure that no artwork gets damaged before or after the ceremony, we are abiding by this rule and kindly ask that you make arrangements to keep your children at home. If your child is over the age of 15, they are of course welcome to attend with you.

  • We are so excited that you and your partner want to celebrate with us on our wedding day. If you have a plus one, they will be specifically noted on your invitation.

  • We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony at the latest. Ideally, you should arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure that you have enough time to park and get through security.

  • We're getting married in an art museum, so we’re embracing the elegance of the space with formal attire—suits, dresses, and evening wear are perfect. That said, we also love a bit of flair. Feel free to express yourself with bold colors, unique accessories, or artistic touches!

  • If you’re opting to drive to the ceremony, garage and above-ground parking are available at Newfields for free. Cars that are parked for the ceremony are allowed to stay at Newfields overnight, but must be picked up before the museum opens on the 16th.

  • Yes! There will be vans that will shuttle people to and from the hotels that we room blocks for. If you drive to the ceremony, you can leave your car there overnight if you choose to take a ride back to the hotel that night. However, all cars must be picked up before the museum opens on the 16th.

  • Yes! We advise that you book a room using the link under the “Travel and Stay” section of our website. Please be aware that the Marching Bands of America competition is the same weekend as the wedding, so hotel rooms in Indianapolis will be booking up quickly!

    If you are unsure about whether you will be staying in town, know that rooms are cancellable for free, so its better to be safe and book one in advance, even if you think you might cancel later.
